I am a petite person and had originally ordered the regular size but it was not comfortable for me. I read the reviews and decided to order the junior size. It was perfect. I used it on my trip a few weeks ago, 10 hour flight, and it worked perfectly. No neck pain! I suffer from cervical herniated discs and it was perfect.
