Orders from our APAC store will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong via Aramex or from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia via Australia Post, depending on your location. Orders placed before 4pm CET are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Your shipping time will depend on which shipping method you have selected for your order [and where you are located], and is stated from the date your order is dispatched.
Aramex – Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines & Taiwan: 3-5 business days
China, South Korea, Macau & Vietnam: 4-7 business days
Australia Post – Japan: 6-11 business days
We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.
Unfortunately Aramex is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address when placing your order.

Customs and Duties
Orders from our APAC store will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong via Aramex or from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia via Australia Post, depending on your location. Any and all customs and duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details of any charges that may be incurred. We cannot alter the value of your order on customs declarations.
If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact the carrier or your local customs authority.
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
